On March 13, Thierry Azerad, President of France’s JPA Group, led a delegation to visit Skysys. The two parties signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Suzhou International Science & Technology Park. In the future, they will cooperate deeply in the fields of cleaning robots and drone solutions for PV and building O&M, jointly exploring the European and North African markets.

JPA Group is a French industrial group with a 70‑year history. It operates 15 factories across Europe, employs more than 2,000 people, and covers multiple key sectors: metals, insulation materials, energy, construction materials, and advanced industrial solutions. The group is widely recognized as a major industrial player in Europe. It has industrial bases in Portugal and Romania, and is advancing new industrial projects in Spain and Morocco.
JPA Group has continuously followed global industrial innovation trends and firmly believes in China’s leading position in AI, robotics, and other fields. To bring advanced Chinese technology to Europe, the group has established a robotics company, EUROPBOTS, and opened Europe’s first robot specialty store near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It plans to expand its store network across Europe and Morocco in the next two years.
During this visit, President Thierry Azerad and his delegation had in‑depth exchanges with Skysys, inspecting the company’s latest achievements in PV cleaning robots and drone inspection systems, and gave high praise to the prospects of cooperation between the two sides.
At the signing ceremony, Wang Haibin, Founder and Chairman of Skysys, and Thierry Azerad, President of JPA Group, signed the MOU on behalf of their respective parties. The two sides will explore cooperation opportunities in product display, business model innovation, and technical collaboration, jointly promoting the deployment and application of PV cleaning robots and drone intelligent equipment in Europe and North Africa.
Both parties agreed that this cooperation will fully leverage Skysys’ technological advantages in robotics and AI, combining them with JPA Group’s industrial network and market resources in Europe to build a sustainable innovation bridge for China‑Europe industrial cooperation.
French representatives attending the signing ceremony included: Thierry Azerad, President of JPA Group and Owner of Europbots; Olivier Dumas, General Manager of DM2F Group; and Sylvain Pilhion, Chairman of the France‑China Humanities Exchange Foundation and Chairman of Smart Green Intel.
On the Skysys side, Founder and Chairman Wang Haibin, Chairman’s Special Assistant Tang Kejia, Overseas Sales Director Zheng Wei, Head of Marketing Wang Xueyan, and Senior Solution Manager Qiu Linyuan attended and participated in the exchanges.
As global energy transformation and industrial upgrading accelerate, intelligence and greenization have become key directions for industrial development. The strategic partnership between Skysys and JPA Group is not only a mutual pursuit of technology and market but also a vivid example of collaborative innovation between Chinese and European companies in the fields of new energy and intelligent equipment.
Going forward, the two parties will take this signing as a starting point to continuously deepen their cooperation, jointly promote the deployment of Chinese robotics technology in Europe and beyond, and contribute “digital intelligence power” to global PV O&M and building intelligence.
